灰岩人工砂石粉含量试验检测方法探讨

【摘要】:为探讨因《水工混凝土砂石骨料试验规程》修订更新导致新旧版本试验规程所推荐的石粉含量试验检测方法变化对试验检测结果的影响,结合黄登水电站工程实际,开展了不同试验检测方法对灰岩人工砂石粉含量检测结果的影响程度及规律试验研究,试验共检测灰岩人工砂石粉含量535组。试验结果表明:(1)试验检测方法对灰岩人工砂石粉含量检测结果影响显著,且具有一定规律性;(2)采用"湿筛水洗法"与"颗粒级配干筛法"得到的石粉含量结果差值和"湿筛水洗法"得到的微粒含量结果数据分布情况基本满足正态分布曲线;(3)采用2种试验方法检测的常态砂和碾压砂石粉含量结果差值分别为5%~9%和4%~8%,平均差值分别为6.7%和5.2%;(4)灰岩常态砂和碾压砂微粒含量在石粉含量中所占比例基本相同,约为石粉含量的80.4%。
[Abstract]:In order to probe into the influence of the change of stone powder content test method recommended by the new and old edition test rules on the test results due to the revision and update of hydraulic concrete sand aggregate test code, combined with the actual engineering practice of Huangdeng Hydropower Station, The influence degree and regularity of different testing methods on the content of limestone artificial sand powder were studied. A total of 535 groups of limestone artificial sand powder content were tested. The results show that: (1) the test method has a significant effect on the content of limestone artificial sand powder. (2) the difference of stone powder content obtained by "wet sieve washing method" and "particle gradation dry sieve method" and the distribution of particle content data obtained by "wet sieve washing method" basically meet the normal distribution. Curves; (3) the difference of the content of normal sand and roller compacted sand powder detected by the two test methods was 59% and 4% respectively, the average difference was 6.7% and 5.2%, respectively; (4) the proportion of normal sand and compacted sand particles in limestone and compacted sand was basically the same in the content of stone powder. About 80.4% of the stone powder content.
