径流式水电厂实时优化调度系统研发

【摘要】:为满足水电厂实时调度需要,构建了以发电量最大为目标的径流式水电厂实时优化调度模型,采用离散动态规划法逐步逼近寻优计算,开发出径流式水电厂实时优化调度系统。该系统可预报计算未来24 h的入库流量过程,并可实时滚动计算满足约束条件的未来24 h内各时段最优发电运行过程,从而量化指导水电厂实时优化调度。通过对6座径流式水电厂的应用,入库流量计算准确率达98%以上,平均每年可优化增加发电量4 500万k W·h。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of real-time scheduling of hydropower plants, a real-time optimal scheduling model of runoff hydropower plants is constructed, which aims at the maximum power generation. A real-time optimal scheduling system for hydropower plants with runoff is developed by using discrete dynamic programming (DDP) to approach the optimal calculation step by step. The system can predict the incoming flow process in the next 24 hours, and can be used to calculate the optimal generation operation process in 24 hours in the coming 24 hours, which can be used to quantitatively guide the real-time optimal dispatching of hydropower plants. Through the application of 6 runoff hydropower plants, the calculation accuracy of input discharge is over 98%, and the average annual power generation can be optimized by 45 million k W h..
