围堰度汛对冰川溃坝型洪水削峰滞洪的作用——以阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程为例

【摘要】:新疆叶尔羌河的主要径流补给源是高山区的积雪和冰川消融,它对径流的年际、年内变化起着调节作用。分析了该流域径流变化规律及洪水成因,介绍了阿尔塔什水利枢g{的导流度汛方案。结果表明:经阿尔塔什水利枢g{调节后,2016年叶尔羌河流域的两次溃坝型洪水危害显著降低,削峰滞洪作用明显,可供类似工程借鉴。
[Abstract]:The main runoff recharge source of the Yerqiang River in Xinjiang is the melting of snow and glacier in the alpine region, which plays an important role in regulating the interannual and annual variation of runoff. The variation law of runoff and the cause of flood in this basin are analyzed, and the flood diversion scheme of Altash water conservancy is introduced. The results show that after the regulation of Altash water conservancy, the damage of two dam-break floods in the Yerqiang River basin in 2016 is significantly reduced, and the effect of peak cutting and flood detention is obvious, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
