海绵城市理论在绿色设计中的贡献——以宿迁桥头公园项目为例

【摘要】：近年来,我国城市内涝频发,造成了巨大的经济损失和负面的社会效应。为此住建部发布了《海绵城市建设技术指南——低影响开发雨水系统构建》,鼓励海绵城市的发展。分析了海绵城市建设的要点,并结合宿迁桥头公园项目,介绍了海绵城市的相关技术措施,同时理性分析了海绵城市建设的热潮下存在的困难。
[Abstract]:In recent years, urban waterlogging in China has caused huge economic losses and negative social effects. In order to encourage the development of sponge city, the Ministry of Housing and Construction issued the Technical Guide of Sponge City Construction-low impact Development Rain Water system Construction. This paper analyzes on the key points of sponge city construction, and introduces the relevant technical measures of sponge city in combination with the Suqian Qiaotou Park project. At the same time, it rationally analyzes the difficulties existing in the spongy city construction upsurge.
