和声搜索混合优化算法在水电厂机组组合优化中的应用

【摘要】:针对水电站机组组合优化运行问题的特殊性,建立了以耗水量最小为目标的机组组合优化模型,提出了一种改进二进制和声搜索算法优化水电厂机组的开停机顺序,采用启发式修复策略处理旋转备用容量约束与最小开停机时间约束,并通过查询经济运行总表的方法进行不同时段机组间的负荷分配。以柘林水电厂某日的实际负荷过程为例进行计算,并与改进二进制粒子群算法(IBPSO)和传统的动态规划法(DP)进行对比。结果表明,该算法简单快速,优化效果好,实现了机组间负荷的最优分配,提高了水能利用率,具有较强的工程实用性。
[Abstract]:In view of the particularity of the optimal operation of hydropower units, a unit combination optimization model aiming at minimum water consumption is established, and an improved binary harmonic search algorithm is proposed to optimize the start-up and shutdown order of hydropower plant units. The heuristic repair strategy is used to deal with the constraints of rotating reserve capacity and minimum open / down time, and the load distribution among units in different periods is carried out by querying the summary table of economic operation. The actual load process of Zhelin Hydropower Plant is taken as an example and compared with the improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm (IBPSO) and the traditional dynamic programming method (DP). The results show that the algorithm is simple and fast, has good optimization effect, realizes the optimal load distribution among units, improves the utilization ratio of water energy, and has strong engineering practicability.
