基于低速大扭矩液压马达的钢坝闸驱动方式研究

【摘要】:钢坝闸作为新型可调控溢流闸门,具有启闭简单、使用维护便利等特点,但传统钢坝闸驱动方式的体积影响了其布置方式,从而导致一系列故障产生。为了降低钢坝闸的故障发生率,采用体积更紧凑、更适合钢坝闸旋转启闭特点的低速大扭矩液压马达作为钢坝闸驱动方式,实现了钢坝闸的启闭,减小了钢坝闸左右岸地下设备房的空间,减少了渗水的可能性。同时避免了金属结构零部件的锈蚀和控制系统的损坏,提高了设备安全运行的可靠性,同时还降低了设备成本。
[Abstract]:As a new type of adjustable overflow gate, steel dam gate has the characteristics of simple opening and closing, convenient maintenance and so on. However, the volume of the traditional drive mode of steel dam gate affects its layout, resulting in a series of faults. In order to reduce the fault rate of steel dam gate, the hydraulic motor with low speed and large torque, which is more compact in volume and more suitable for the characteristics of rotating opening and closing of steel dam gate, is adopted as the driving mode of steel dam gate, and the opening and closing of steel dam gate is realized. The space of underground equipment room on left and right bank of steel dam gate is reduced, and the possibility of seepage is reduced. At the same time, the corrosion of metal structure parts and the damage of control system are avoided, and the reliability of safe operation of the equipment is improved, and the equipment cost is also reduced.
