吉林省德惠市丹城子水库工程设计研究

【摘要】:我国是一个水资源相对匮乏的国家,日益严重的水资源短缺和水环境污染,加重了对水资源问题研究的重要性。对于水资源更加稀缺的北方来说,修建水库无疑是一种抗洪和防灾、并集水资源开发利用为一体的重要手段,也更加有利于构建稳定的国民基础经济。近年来,随着社会经济的不断发展,越来越多的水库在全国各地不断建立起来,同时一些不科学的水库建设项目潜在的负面影响也逐渐地显露出来。在缺水地区,水库对于人们的生活生产活动是十分重要的,因此通过构建合理的水库体系,,能更好的协调处理好水库建设与社会经济发展的关系,具有重要的社会经济和环境意义。 本文针对吉林省德惠市丹城子水库建设的相关问题开展研究,总结了丹城子水库建设研究的必要性和可行性。 文章分别从水库的洪水设计、主要构筑物构建、环境分析和工程管理等几个方面,对丹城子水库进行设计研究。首先主要介绍水库的洪水设计,对吉林模型法、罗氏法和水科所法的设计结果进行对比分析,最终选用罗氏法的计算结果。其次对主要构筑物进行介绍,这要涉及工程土坝、泄洪灌溉洞及进水涵管的设计。再次分析了丹城子水库的环境现状,进行环境保护设计。最后从从施工导流、料场选择与开采、主体工程施工及施工辅助设施的配备等方面对工程管理进行介绍。 经过以上的设计研究,最终确定丹城子水库设计洪水标准为10年设计,50年校核。校核洪水位为163.74m,最大库容为76.0万m3,设计水位161.51m,设计库容25.4万m3,正常高水位161.3m,兴利库容21.3万m3,死水位158.5m,死库容1.09万m3。 根据调洪演算结果,确定丹城子水库工程规模属小(二)型,工程等别为Ⅴ等,主要建筑物为5级,次要建筑物为5级。工程总体布置枢纽工程基本上由土坝、泄洪灌溉洞及进水涵管三部分构成。丹城子水库新建工程初步设计概算总投资为649万元。

The increasingly serious shortage of water resources and the pollution of water environment have aggravated the importance of the research on water resources. For the north, where water resources are more scarce, the construction of reservoirs is undoubtedly an important means to prevent flood and prevent floods, and to combine the development and utilization of water resources as an important means, and is also more conducive to the construction of a stable national basic economy. In recent years, with the development of social economy, more and more reservoirs have been established all over the country, and the potential negative effects of some unscientific reservoir construction projects have been gradually revealed. In water-scarce areas, reservoirs are very important for people's daily production activities. Therefore, by constructing a reasonable reservoir system, we can better coordinate the relationship between reservoir construction and social and economic development. Has the important social economy and the environment significance. Based on the research on the construction of Danchengzi Reservoir in Dehui City, Jilin Province, this paper summarizes the necessity and feasibility of the study on Danchengzi Reservoir Construction. This paper studies the design of Danchengzi Reservoir from the aspects of flood design, construction of main structures, environmental analysis and engineering management. Firstly, the flood design of reservoir is introduced, and the design results of Jilin model method, Roche method and hydrology method are compared and analyzed. Finally, the calculation results of Roche method are selected. Secondly, the main structure is introduced, which involves the design of engineering earth dam, flood discharge irrigation tunnel and inlet culvert. The environmental status of Danchengzi Reservoir is analyzed again, and the design of environmental protection is carried out. Finally, the project management is introduced from the aspects of construction diversion, selection and mining of material yard, construction of main engineering and equipment of construction auxiliary facilities. The design flood standard of Danchengzi Reservoir is determined to be 10 years design and 50 years check. The check flood water level is 163.74 m, the maximum storage capacity is 760000 m3, the design water level is 161.51 m, the design capacity is 254000 m3, the normal high water level is 161.3 m, the profit storage capacity is 213000 m3, the dead water level is 158.5 m, and the dead storage capacity is 10900 m3. According to the result of flood control calculation, it is determined that the project scale of Danchengzi Reservoir is small (type 2), the engineering grade is 鈪
