水轮发电机组水力不平衡故障的自动化辨识及其应用研究

【摘要】:在大中型水力发电机组中,水力不平衡故障是较为常见的故障。为了实现对该故障的自动化判定和诊断,分析了水力不平衡故障产生的机理,阐述了水力不平衡对机组稳定运行的影响,提出了用于辨识水力不平衡故障的指标参数和自动化辨识模型。通过多个电站的实际应用表明,该研究方法能够实现由于转轮叶道不一致、叶型不一致、叶端间隙不一致等原因造成的水力不平衡故障的自动化的检测和诊断。该研究方法可用于水电站机组在线状态监测和故障诊断系统的设计和实现。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic imbalance is a common fault in large and medium hydropower units. In order to realize the automatic judgment and diagnosis of the fault, the mechanism of hydraulic imbalance fault is analyzed, and the influence of hydraulic imbalance on the stable operation of the unit is expounded. The index parameters and automatic identification model for identifying hydraulic imbalance faults are presented. The practical applications of several power stations show that the research method can realize the automatic detection and diagnosis of hydraulic imbalance faults caused by the impeller blade track inconsistency, blade shape inconsistency and blade tip clearance inconsistency. The research method can be used in the design and implementation of on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for hydropower units.
