乐安惠民水库砌石拱坝体形优化设计
[Abstract]:With the development of hydraulic resources in China, masonry arch dams play an important role in the construction of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects. It has many advantages, such as low cement consumption, large quantity of damming materials, low demand for relevant construction equipment and technology, and easy operation by the masses, and then it has been widely used. According to the scientific method and theory, the optimum design of dam body shape is an important link in the design of masonry arch dam. Whether its shape is reasonable or not is directly related to the cost and safety of the dam, and is also an important basis for the approval of the project. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the theory and method of shape optimization of masonry arch dam. In view of the actual situation of Huimin masonry arch dam site in Le'an, combined with the space arrangement of the dam, and the application of finite element software, considering the constraints of geometry, stress and stability, the optimum design scheme of dam body shape is drawn up in this paper. The feasibility of the optimization scheme is analyzed and demonstrated, and the economic and practical shape of masonry arch dam is obtained. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) on the basis of summarizing the finite element method, this paper further introduces the basic principle of the finite element analysis, and lists the steps of the finite element numerical analysis method. This paper probes into the design variables in the arch dam optimization method, puts forward the objective function in the arch dam optimization design method, and establishes the constraint equation in the arch dam optimization design. Thus, a mathematical model of arch dam shape optimization based on finite element numerical analysis method is constructed. (2) the parametric design of arch dam shape is discussed, and the parametric design method of arch crown beam and horizontal arch ring is introduced. The steps of establishing coordinate system, curve of arch crown and beam, horizontal arch ring and building solid model are completed by APDL parameterized language built in the software, and the process of model establishment is described in detail. The parametric modeling of arch dam is realized. (3) the static analysis and calculation of 3D finite element method are carried out on the dam body model under different working conditions to verify the safety and stability performance of the preliminary design dam type, and through the optimization design principle and method of arch dam, With the help of finite element analysis software, the shape optimization design of the proposed Huimin masonry arch dam is realized.
