基于激光扫描原理的引张线仪设计

【摘要】:大坝一旦出现安全隐患,会对人民的生命财产安全带来威胁。如果发生事故,则会带来不可挽回的巨大灾害及损失。因此对大坝采取安全监测措施极为重要。随着大坝安全监测不断向自动化监测方向发展,对安全监测自动化测量仪的需求就显得尤为突出。 本文基于激光扫描原理,设计了一种自动测量引张线仪,对大坝安全监测中的一项重要的监测指标,即水平位移进行自动化监测。针对常用的几种引张线仪,从工作原理及特性进行全方位比较,提出了引张线仪的一种新的实现方法。 以激光二极管发射的激光作为光源,以光电二极管作为光信号接收器接收位置信息,并进行光电转换及二值化处理,以STM32F107为主控制器,进行数据采集计算,得到水平位移数据,并自动保存测量结果于控制器片内FLASH中。 基于Cortex-M3内核的STM32F107控制器,移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统,采用μC/GUI多任务图形用户接口,通过TFTLCD触摸显示屏进行人机交互操作,实现实时时间设置及显示,机器号廊道号设置及显示,手动测量及自动测量任务,USB数据下载任务,,以及通过RS485通讯接口与上位机通讯等各项任务的实现与任务调度。 根据大坝安全监测的需求分析,提出了引张线仪的总体方案,详细阐述了基于激光扫描原理的引张线仪的实现原理,给出了硬件设计与软件实现,进行了误差及稳定性实验,符合行业标准,实现了体积小、自动化、成本低的目的。
[Abstract]:Once the dam has hidden danger, it will threaten the safety of people's life and property. If an accident occurs, it will bring irreparable huge disasters and losses. Therefore, it is very important to take safety monitoring measures for dams. With the continuous development of dam safety monitoring towards automatic monitoring, the demand for automatic safety monitoring instrument is particularly prominent. Based on the principle of laser scanning, this paper designs an automatic measuring and drawing line instrument, which can automatically monitor the horizontal displacement, which is an important monitoring index in dam safety monitoring. In this paper, a new realization method of tensioning wire instrument is put forward by comparing the working principle and characteristic of several kinds of tensioning wire instruments in common use. The laser emitted by the laser diode is used as the light source, the photodiode as the light signal receiver to receive the position information, and the photoelectric conversion and binary processing are carried out. The data are collected and calculated with STM32F107 as the main controller, and the horizontal displacement data are obtained.
