洪泽湖周边滞洪区洪水风险分析

【摘要】：为加强洪泽湖周边滞洪区的洪水风险管理,构建了洪泽湖周边蓄滞洪区一、二维耦合的洪水演进数学模型。利用1991、2003、2006、2007年四年历史洪水资料对模型参数进行率定,验证了模型的合理性。对洪泽湖50、100、300年一遇三种设计洪水方案进行模拟计算,得到了各类洪水风险要素的动态分布情况,并通过GIS叠加分析,估算了三种方案下的淹没损失情况,该结果可为洪泽湖周边滞洪区的洪水风险管理提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen flood risk management in flood detention area around Hongze Lake, a two dimensional coupled flood routing mathematical model was constructed for flood storage and detention area around Hongze Lake. The model parameters are determined by using the data of 1991 / 2003 / 2006 and four years' historical flood in 2007, and the rationality of the model is verified. The dynamic distribution of various flood risk elements is obtained by simulating and calculating three design flood schemes once in 500, 300 years in Hongze Lake, and the flood losses under the three schemes are estimated by GIS superposition analysis. The results can provide reference for flood risk management in flood detention area around Hongze Lake.
