南水北调配套工程巡检管理系统研究与应用

【摘要】：南水北调中线工程通水以来,配套工程担负着承上启下的输水任务,长效的巡检机制是保障配套工程安全运行的必要条件。常规人工记录的巡检方式不仅人为因素多、管理成本高,而且监督考核难、易错报、漏报、突发情况响应慢、巡检信息利用难。综合利用全球卫星定位系统、地理信息系统、移动互联网等技术手段,采用B/S、M/S相结合的体系架构,设计研发了集移动巡检仪、后台管理端、问题推送端于一体的多端应用框架,将巡检工作流程和内容形成信息流,用技术代替人工和经验,做到巡检有计划、过程有监督、事后有分析、处理可追踪,最终实现巡视检查智能化、数字化和管理流程规范化。

The routine manual record not only has many human factors, high management cost, but also is difficult to supervise and examine, easy to misreport, underreport, slow response to unexpected situation, and difficult to use the information of patrol inspection. Using the technology of GPS, GIS, Mobile Internet and so on, the paper designs and develops a mobile patrol system, a background management terminal, using the architecture of B / S / M / S combination. A multi-terminal application framework that integrates the problem push end, forms the information flow of the work flow and content of the inspection and inspection, uses the technology instead of the manpower and experience, achieves the patrol inspection with plan, the process has the supervision, after the event has the analysis, the processing can be tracked, Finally, intelligent inspection, digitization and standardization of management flow are realized.
