基于GPSSWorld的碾压混凝土坝施工模拟

【摘要】:比较大型的碾压混凝土坝的混凝土用量一般都超过百万方,施工工期非常长。在进行施工组织设计时,很难全面顾及施工中的各项因素,得到合适的施工组织方案。另外,碾压混凝土坝的施工仓面较大,而且每一碾压层的混凝土浇筑作业连续进行,这就要求各工作环节达到高度协调,如果整个施工系统的机械设备配置不合理,那么它将成为制约混凝土快速施工的“瓶颈”。因此,对碾压混凝土坝施工进行计算机模拟,选择合适的施工机械配置,是保证工程建设如期完成和降低工程造价的关键。本文为了优化碾压混凝土坝施工机械设备配置,选择合理的施工组织方案,建立了包括拌合、运输和仓面浇筑的仿真模型,进行施工过程的模拟研究。在分析了碾压混凝土坝施工系统的基础上,将其划分为拌合运输系统和坝面作业系统,根据离散事件系统仿真原理,运用计算机仿真软件建立了碾压混凝土坝施工系统模型。该系统属于离散事件系统,GPSS是一种面向过程的通用离散事件系统仿真语言,用它编制的仿真软件具有简单易读,调整参数、设置方案灵活,通用性较强等特点,能够较为精确地反映碾压混凝土坝施工的实际情况。所以本文选用GPSSWorld仿真软件建立模型。针对某一具体的仓面进行了仿真模拟,通过改变模型的输入参数,模拟不同施工方案。对每个方案的机械利用率、工期以及混凝土浇筑强度等指标进行综合分析,通过方案优选,寻求最优机械配置。碾压混凝土坝施工受到仓外拌合运输以及仓面作业互相干扰,每个阶段的影响因素不同。当仓面施工机械配置较低时,主要受到仓面浇筑作业的影响;当仓面施工机械配置较高时,受到拌合运输强度的制约。结果表明模型具有很强的实用性,模拟结果满足施工的约束条件,符合工程实际。为碾压混凝土坝的施工组织计划提供了一个非常合理的依据,达到了优化资源配置、缩短施工工期的目的,具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Large RCC dams usually use more than one million square concrete, and the construction period is very long. In the construction organization design, it is difficult to take all the factors into account and get the appropriate construction organization scheme. In addition, the construction silo surface of RCC dam is large, and the concrete pouring operation of each roller compacted layer is carried out continuously, which requires a high degree of coordination among all work links, if the mechanical and equipment configuration of the whole construction system is not reasonable, Then it will be restricted by the rapid construction of concrete "bottleneck." Therefore, the computer simulation of RCC dam construction and the selection of appropriate construction machinery configuration are the key to ensure the completion of the project construction on time and reduce the project cost. In order to optimize the configuration of construction machinery and equipment of RCC dam, a simulation model including mixing, transportation and silo surface pouring is established to simulate the construction process. Based on the analysis of RCC dam construction system, the RCC dam construction system is divided into mixing transportation system and dam surface operation system. According to the simulation principle of discrete event system, the model of RCC dam construction system is established by computer simulation software. The system belongs to discrete event system. GPSS is a general simulation language of discrete event system oriented to process. The simulation software developed by the system is simple and easy to read, adjusts parameters, sets the scheme flexibly, and has strong generality. It can accurately reflect the actual situation of RCC dam construction. So this paper chooses GPSSWorld simulation software to build the model. By changing the input parameters of the model, different construction schemes are simulated. The mechanical utilization ratio, construction period and concrete pouring strength of each scheme are comprehensively analyzed, and the optimal mechanical configuration is sought through the optimal selection of the scheme. The construction of RCC dam is interfered with each other by outside mixing transportation and silo surface operation, and the influencing factors are different in each stage. When the construction machinery is low, it is mainly affected by the pouring operation, and when the construction machinery is high, it is restricted by the intensity of mixing and transportation. The results show that the model has strong practicability, and the simulation results meet the constraints of the construction and accord with the engineering practice. It provides a very reasonable basis for the construction organization plan of RCC dam and achieves the purpose of optimizing the allocation of resources and shortening the construction period. It has very important practical significance.
