吸湿解析和冷冻结露复合法空气取水方案探讨

【摘要】:在分析当前常用的冷冻结露空气取水系统运行特点和局限性的基础上,提出了吸湿解析式取水和冷冻结露式取水复合方案。通过对系统吸湿转轮的分析,得出转轮富集水分效果最佳的参数为:再生温度100℃、转速5 r/h、除湿角180°。通过分析转轮吸湿和冷冻结露系统匹配的关键技术问题,对取水方案进行了进一步研究优化,通过配置3个板翅式换热器有效回收了系统取水过程中的冷热量,避免冷热量抵消,提高了系统的能效比,为高温低湿的戈壁、沙漠地区提供了一种可行的空气取水方式。
