桐树沟水库除险加固工程优化设计研究

【摘要】:水库是江河防洪体系中不可缺少的一部分,是调节水资源的重要水利工程。桐树沟水库是一座以防洪为主,兼有灌溉、供水、养殖等综合效益的小(二)型水库,限于建设时期的各方条件,桐树沟水库出现了不同程度的险情和隐患,因此对桐树沟水库进行除险加固的优化设计具有重要的工程应用价值。本文在对水库、大坝除险加固等相关文献进行研究的基础上,通过对桐树沟水库除险加固工程在勘察设计、施工、质量监测等各阶段所采用的大坝除险加固技术进行全面分析、总结和研究,得出了以下成果:(1)针对不同设计工况下渗流计算浸润线较高和下游坝坡在相应工况下最小安全系数小于规范值的问题,采取了大坝坝顶道路加宽、加高防浪墙、迎水坡改造处理、背水坡加固处理以及坡面排水改造的加固措施,增加了主体安全稳定性,同时背水坡采取了种植草皮的生态措施,增加了大坝的观赏性。(2)针对放水建筑物大范围损毁、砌石风化严重失去泄水能力的工程现状,进行了放水建筑物的设计优化。通过方案优化比选,选取了运行可靠、结构简单、施工维护方便,且工程量和造价都较低的新建放水卧管方案。解决了放水建筑物损毁的问题,满足了水库日常运行需要。(3)针对溢洪道弯道较多、底板变坡多、泄水条件不利、泄槽损毁、末端无消能防冲设施的问题,结合水库调洪演算成果,优化了水库水位~溢流堰泄流量关系曲线,最终通过方案比选,确定了折线实用堰改造、部分泄槽改线、泄槽底板衬砌及末端增设消能防冲设施的最佳方案,大大增加了水库的泄流能力。(4)本项工程的经济内部收益率12. 60%大于社会折现率8%,经济净现值106. 36万元大于零,经济效益费用比1.30大于1,故本工程在经济上是合理的,且经济效益显著。通过对工程最终经济效益指标的相关数据进行分析评价,大坝防渗加固技术效果良好,经济效益显著,使病险水库重新焕发了生命力。
[Abstract]:Reservoir is an indispensable part of river flood control system and an important water conservancy project to regulate water resources. Tongshugou Reservoir is a small (2) type reservoir with comprehensive benefits such as irrigation, water supply and aquaculture, which is mainly concerned with flood control. Limited to the conditions of all parties during the construction period, the Tongshugou Reservoir has appeared different degrees of danger and hidden danger. Therefore, the optimal design of Tongshugou reservoir is of great value in engineering application. On the basis of the research on the relevant documents, such as reservoir, dam danger removal and reinforcement and so on, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the dam danger removal and reinforcement technology adopted in various stages such as survey and design, construction, quality monitoring and so on. The results are summarized and studied as follows: (1) aiming at the problems of high seepage line under different design conditions and the minimum safety factor of downstream dam slope being less than the standard value under the corresponding working conditions, the road widening of dam top is adopted. The safety and stability of the main body are increased by raising the wave wall, improving the treatment of facing the water slope, strengthening the backwater slope and the drainage reform of the slope, and taking ecological measures of planting turf on the backwater slope, (2) in view of the present situation of large scale damage and serious loss of drainage capacity of masonry weathering, the design optimization of the drainage structure is carried out. Through the optimization and selection of the project, a new water discharge horizontal pipe scheme with reliable operation, simple structure, convenient construction and maintenance and low engineering volume and cost is selected. The problem of water release structure damage is solved and the need of daily operation of reservoir is satisfied. (3) aiming at the problems of spillway with more bends, more sloping bottom slab, unfavorable discharge condition, damaged drain channel and no energy dissipation and anti-scour facilities at the end, Combined with the results of reservoir flood control calculation, the relationship curve between reservoir water level and overflow Weir discharge is optimized. Finally, through the scheme comparison and selection, the practical reconstruction of broken line Weir and the modification line of partial discharge channel are determined. The best scheme for lining the bottom slab and installing energy dissipation and anti-scour facilities at the end greatly increases the discharge capacity of the reservoir. (4) the economic internal rate of return of this project is 12.2%. 60% is more than the social discount rate 8%, economic net present value 106. 6%. 360000 yuan is more than zero and the ratio of economic benefit to cost is more than 1, so the project is reasonable in economy and remarkable in economic benefit. Through the analysis and evaluation of the relevant data of the final economic benefit index of the project, it is found that the dam seepage prevention and reinforcement technology has a good effect and remarkable economic benefit, which makes the dangerous reservoir of the disease fresh with vitality.
