新型环氧树脂抗冲磨材料的研究与施工工艺

【摘要】:水利水电行业中,由于受到含沙水流的冲磨、气蚀破坏,水电站泄水建筑物的表面存在不同程度的磨损,因此对大坝混凝土表面进行修补越来越受到行业内的重视。本研究通过对传统的环氧树脂抗冲磨修补材料进行增韧改性,研制出一种韧性高、放热少、高强度、抗冲磨性能好的环氧树脂抗冲磨材料,并与传统环氧树脂进行力学性能和抗冲磨性能作比较。同时介绍了环氧树脂的施工工艺,以满足实际工程的需要。
[Abstract]:In the water conservancy and hydropower industry, due to erosion and erosion by sand water flow, the surface of the drainage structure of hydropower station is worn out to varying degrees, so more and more attention has been paid to repairing the concrete surface of the dam. By toughening and modifying the traditional epoxy resin, a kind of epoxy resin with high toughness, less exothermic heat, high strength and good impact wear resistance was developed. The mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of epoxy resin were compared with those of traditional epoxy resin. At the same time, the construction technology of epoxy resin is introduced to meet the needs of practical engineering.
