基于ANSYS的复杂块基式泵房结构工作性态研究

【摘要】:针对传统计算方法不能反映块基式泵房复杂空间结构相互作用的问题,为了解泵房整体结构工作机理,以江苏省某块基式泵房结构为例,基于有限元理论,借助ANSYS软件建立了包含流道层、电机层、厂房结构及地基的块基式泵房和地基整体结构三维有限元模型,模拟了泵房结构在各荷载组合工况下的工作性态。考虑了钢筋混凝土材料的弹性、土体材料的弹塑性及结构和地基接触面的非线性行为,得到了泵房结构的位移、应力及基底应力分布,为块基式泵房结构的设计和施工提供了重要技术依据。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the working mechanism of the whole structure of the pump house, the traditional calculation method can not reflect the interaction of the complex spatial structure of the block pump house. In order to understand the working mechanism of the whole structure of the pump house, the structure of a certain block pump house in Jiangsu Province is taken as an example, based on the finite element theory. With the help of ANSYS software, a three-dimensional finite element model of the block base pump room and the whole foundation structure including the runner layer, motor layer, powerhouse structure and foundation is established, and the working behavior of the pump room structure under various load combination conditions is simulated. Considering the elasticity of reinforced concrete material, the elastic-plastic behavior of soil material and the nonlinear behavior of structure and foundation interface, the displacement, stress and stress distribution of pump house structure are obtained. It provides an important technical basis for the design and construction of block base pump house structure.
