基于CFD技术的5000 kW挖岩绞刀内部流动分析

【摘要】:绞刀的吸入性能极大影响疏浚工程的施工效率,研究绞刀内的流动特性对提高绞刀吸入性能意义重大。采用雷诺时均纳维斯托克斯(RANS)湍流模型的计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,对绞刀刀臂处是否带有沟槽设计的2种结构形式绞刀内部流动进行数值模拟,对2款绞刀内部的流动特性进行对比分析,验证沟槽设计的合理性及优越性,为5 000 k W挖岩绞刀的优化设计提供技术支持。
[Abstract]:The suction of the cutter can greatly affect the construction efficiency of the dredging project. It is of great significance to study the flow characteristics in the cutter to improve the suction performance of the cutter. Using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method of (RANS) turbulence model at Renault time, numerical simulation is carried out on the internal flow of the cutter with or without grooves. The flow characteristics of the two types of cutters are compared and analyzed to verify the rationality and superiority of the groove design and provide technical support for the optimization design of 5 000 kW rock cutters.
