水利工程建设进度管理与风险分析

【摘要】:水利工程施工进度控制是水利工程建设管理的一项非常重要的工作。它包括在水利工程施工组织阶段、施工进度计划编制过程中的进度控制,和工程实施过程中施工进度控制,本文对施工组织设计阶段的进度控制进行研究,分析影响施工进度的风险因素,提出降低进度计划实施出现风险的措施。施工进度计划的编制时风险控制的研究,主要分析研究施工条件,包括水文、气象、地质条件,施工环境,场地位置等风险因素产生的影响,并且针对这些风险,在人、材、机资源配置,施工方法,施工总布置方面做详尽、周密的安排。工程在实施过程中风险控制研究,施工条件的多变性,施工企业水平的限制,监理工作的协调性,业主工作的充分性都对水利工程施工进度控制产生一定的影响。因而在工期规定的条件下,施工进度具有较大的风险性。科学的分析施工条件,指定相应的风险对策,对于控制施工进度具有十分重要的意义。本文主要研究内容和成果如下:(1)分析水利工程施工进度与水利工程施工组织设计的关系,从施工组织设计的视角,分析影响工程施工进度控制的因素。(2)根据进度控制的特点定义其风险;分析了施工进度控制中各个因素的关系。(3)以万宝船闸工程为例进行了工程建设进度风险分析,说明了进度控制引入风险分析的作用和意义,保证了进度控制的有效性。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy project construction schedule control is a very important work of water conservancy project construction management. It includes the progress control in the construction organization stage of water conservancy project, the progress control in the process of drawing up the construction schedule plan, and the construction progress control in the process of the project implementation. This paper studies the progress control of the construction organization design stage. The risk factors affecting construction schedule are analyzed, and the measures to reduce the risk in the implementation of schedule plan are put forward. The study of risk control in the preparation of construction schedule, mainly analyzes and studies the impact of construction conditions, including hydrology, meteorology, geological conditions, construction environment, site location and other risk factors, and in view of these risks, in people and materials, Machine resources allocation, construction methods, construction layout to do detailed, thorough arrangements. The study of risk control in the process of implementation, the variability of construction conditions, the restriction of construction enterprise level, the coordination of supervision work and the adequacy of owner's work all have certain influence on the construction schedule control of water conservancy project. Therefore, under the condition of time limit, construction schedule has greater risk. Scientific analysis of construction conditions and designation of corresponding risk countermeasures are of great significance for controlling construction progress. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) analyzing the relationship between the construction schedule of water conservancy project and the construction organization design of water conservancy project, from the angle of view of construction organization design, The factors influencing the construction schedule control are analyzed. (2) the risk is defined according to the characteristics of the schedule control; The relationship between various factors in construction schedule control is analyzed. (3) taking Wanbao Shiplock Project as an example, the risk analysis of construction schedule is carried out, and the function and significance of introducing risk analysis into schedule control are explained, and the effectiveness of schedule control is ensured.
