海塘防汛、围垦用金属网兜研发

【摘要】:本文主要通过对海塘防汛围垦用金属网兜的使用环境、编织材料、网孔结构和编织方法等方面进行分析研究,确定了不同编织材料金属网兜使用环境和影响其材料选择的主要因素,设计了不同使用环境下的金属网兜及网孔结构,总结了不同形状网孔的编织方法、金属网编织工艺计算及常见金属网兜网病,设计出金属网的锁边工艺,不仅解决了金属网兜编织中多余编织材料的处理,而且提高了网兜的载重能力和整体性。 针对金属网兜类产品在计算机模拟受力分析的空白和金属网兜在使用过程中易出现金属网兜变形破坏和网丝断裂的情况,通过对金属网兜进行CAE分析和对不同编织工艺参数的试样进行拉伸性能测试,分析了金属网兜在不同受力情况下的变形情况和应力集中情况以及网结拉伸断裂的机理和破坏模式,为进一步研究金属网兜的强度失效奠定基础。 为使防汛金属网兜实现规模化生产和规范化管理,本文从防汛金属网兜的结构特点着手,以金属网兜的载重量、网兜直径和网丝尺寸为主要参数,采用R5为装载量和网兜直径的优先数系列,R20/2作为网丝尺寸的优先数系列,设计金属网兜的系列化。最后针对金属网兜产品的分类、规格、标记方法、技术要求和试验方法等方面进行标准化规范,,为金属网兜的生产提供技术依据。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the use environment, braiding materials, mesh structure and braiding methods of metal netting for flood control reclamation in seawall are analyzed and studied. The main factors influencing the material selection and the environment of metal mesh pocket of different braiding materials are determined. The structure of metal mesh pocket and mesh hole under different application environment is designed, and the weaving methods of different shape mesh holes are summarized. The design of metal mesh locking technology not only solves the treatment of excess braiding material in metal netting, but also improves the load capacity and integrity of the net pocket. In view of the blank of computer simulation force analysis of metal netting products and the situation that metal netting deformation and wire fracture are easy to occur in the process of using metal netting, The tensile properties of the samples with different braiding process parameters were tested by CAE analysis of the metal netting pocket and the tensile properties of the samples with different braiding process parameters. The deformation and stress concentration of metal netting under different loading conditions, the mechanism and failure mode of tensile fracture of metal mesh are analyzed, which lays a foundation for further study on strength failure of metal mesh. In order to realize the large-scale production and standardized management of the metal netting for flood prevention, this paper starts with the structural characteristics of the metal netting for flood prevention, taking the load weight, the diameter and the size of the mesh as the main parameters. The series of metal netting pockets are designed by using R5 as the priority series and R20 / 2 as the priority series of the mesh size. Finally, the classification, specification, marking methods, technical requirements and test methods of metal netting products are standardized and standardized, which provides the technical basis for the production of metal netting pockets.
