绿色雨水基础设施规划方法及应用

【摘要】:随着城市化的快速推进,我国面临着日趋严峻的城市雨洪问题。绿色雨水基础设施作为海绵城市建设的载体,是控制地表径流的有效工具。文章在阐述绿色雨水基础设施的特征及其对于海绵城市建设的作用的基础上,明确了绿色雨水基础设施的规划原则,提出了"目标设定—雨洪模拟—设施比选—初步方案—反馈调整—优化方案"的规划思路;初步构建了三种情景的雨洪模型与绿色雨水基础设施的比选体系,形成了一套基于雨洪模拟的绿色雨水基础设施规划布局方法。最后,以实例说明如何通过具有地域适宜性的规划方法来实现绿色雨水基础设施对雨水径流的高效控制,以期为我国的海绵城市建设提供思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, our country is facing the increasingly serious problem of urban rain flood. As the carrier of sponge city construction, green Rain Water infrastructure is an effective tool to control surface runoff. On the basis of expounding the characteristics of green Rain Water's infrastructure and its effect on the construction of sponge city, the paper clarifies the planning principles of green Rain Water's infrastructure. The planning idea of "goal-setting, rain and flood simulation, facility comparison, preliminary scheme, feedback adjustment and optimization plan" is put forward. The comparison system of rain flood model of three scenarios and green Rain Water infrastructure is preliminarily constructed, and a set of planning and layout method of green Rain Water infrastructure based on rain flood simulation is formed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate how to realize the efficient control of Rain Water runoff by green Rain Water infrastructure through the planning method with regional suitability, in order to provide ideas for the construction of sponge city in China.
