三维数值波浪水槽的构建及围油栏结构水动力学性能的研究

【摘要】:近几十年来,随着我国国民经济的迅速发展,海洋在国民经济发展中起着十分重要的作用,随着海运事业的发展,海底原油开采,原油海底输送事业的发展,水域溢油污染事故时有发生,而围油栏是应急溢油事故,防止溢油扩散的重要设备。因此研究围油栏在各种海况作用下的性能就显得十分有意义。 本文基于Flow3D软件成功构建了三维数值波浪水槽,三维水槽采用边界条件生成波浪,并在三维波浪水槽中使用斜坡式多孔介质结构物实现消波;Flow3D构建的波浪水槽是基于有限差分法,使用FAVOR技术显示几何体,同样采用了RNGκ-ε模型以及VOF方法;然后将Flow3D中提取的波浪力输入到ANSYS有限元软件中,在ANSYS中进行围油栏结构的应力分析。 本文使用FLOW3D完成了线性规则波的模拟,能够生成历时较长的稳定波浪场,并且计算了不同斜率,,以及不同孔隙率对不同材料粒径对消波性能的影响;在ANSYS中分析了浮体式围油栏结构的力学性能,并提出了一系列建议。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, with the rapid development of China's national economy, the ocean plays a very important role in the development of the national economy. Oil spill accidents occur from time to time, and the containment column is an important equipment to prevent oil spill from spreading. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the performance of the oil enclosure under various sea conditions. In this paper, 3D numerical wave flume is successfully constructed based on Flow3D software. The wave is generated by boundary condition in 3D flume, and wave elimination is realized by sloping porous media structure in 3D wave tank. The wave flume constructed by Flow3D is based on the finite difference method, using the FAVOR technique to display the geometry, and also using the RNG 魏-蔚 model and the VOF method. Then the wave force extracted from Flow3D is input into the ANSYS finite element software, and the stress analysis of the oil column structure is carried out in ANSYS. In this paper, FLOW3D is used to simulate the linear regular wave, which can generate the stable wave field for a long time, and calculate the influence of different slope and different porosity on the wave dissipation performance of different material particle size. The mechanical properties of floating oil column structure are analyzed in ANSYS, and a series of suggestions are put forward.
