惠州抽水蓄能电站GIS隔离开关操作VFTO仿真研究

【摘要】:随着GIS的广泛应用,快速暂态过电压(VFTO)的危害引起了普遍的重视。针对该问题,国内外对VFTO的特性、影响及防护措施已进行了研究,取得了一些重要的成果。但是,随着GIS制造技术的不断发展,其内部结构组成和元器件工艺均有了重大改进,不断出现了小型化和紧凑化的GIS设备,导致GIS设备的VFTO特性也随着发生了很大改变。鉴于现场测试条件的限制,开展GIS变电站暂态过电压的影响研究具有非常重要的现实意义。 本文首先总结相关技术的研究成果,分析了VFTO产生的机理和造成的影响。以惠州抽水蓄能电站GIS为研究对象,通过分析惠州抽水蓄能电站GIS的结构特点和设备特性,建立了仿真模型。利用电磁暂态计算程序(EMTPE)对所有GIS隔离开关共256种运行方式均进行了VFTO仿真研究,通过仿真计算结果分析,确定了惠州抽水蓄能电站GIS的VFTO水平,为电站运行方式的调整提供了技术支撑。 本文的研究方法,解决了电站现场测试条件的限制,研究结果对惠州抽水蓄能电站GIS的快速暂态过电压影响问题的解决有较好的参考价值和指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of GIS, the harm of fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) has been paid more and more attention. To solve this problem, the characteristics, effects and protective measures of VFTO have been studied at home and abroad, and some important results have been obtained. However, with the continuous development of GIS manufacturing technology, its internal structure and component technology have been greatly improved, and miniaturization and compact GIS equipment have emerged, which has led to a great change in VFTO characteristics of GIS equipment. In view of the limitation of field test conditions, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of transient overvoltage in GIS substation. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results of related technologies, and analyzes the mechanism and influence of VFTO. Taking Huizhou pumped Storage Power Station (GIS) as the research object, the simulation model of Huizhou pumped Storage Power Station (GIS) is established by analyzing the structure and equipment characteristics of GIS. By using electromagnetic transient calculation program (EMTPE), the VFTO simulation of all 256 operation modes of GIS disconnector is carried out. The VFTO level of GIS in Huizhou pumped Storage Power Station is determined by the analysis of the simulation results. It provides technical support for the adjustment of power station operation mode. The research method of this paper has solved the limitation of the field test condition of the power station, the research result has the good reference value and the instruction significance to solve the fast transient overvoltage influence problem of the Huizhou pumped storage power station GIS.
