基于雨水调蓄的武汉中心城区湖泊公园布局调控策略研究

【摘要】:随着城市的快速发展,湖泊资源退化消失,城市内涝日益严重。湖泊公园是湖泊水系和绿地系统对城市雨洪调蓄协同作用的重要载体。首先利用遥感影像提取武汉中心城区湖泊信息,结果显示2000—2015年湖泊面积减少了34km2,湖泊景观破碎度变大,形状指数变小;其次计算了湖泊的雨水调蓄潜力。通过城市降雨汇水路径与城市渍水点、城市绿地系统、城市雨洪管网的耦合分析,探究了影响湖泊雨洪调蓄潜力发挥的因素。最后探索了湖泊公园的布局调控策略。宏观层面建立湖泊水系与绿地系统共融的城市雨洪安全格局,中观层面完善湖泊公园与周边用地的雨水对接,微观层面实现湖泊景观与雨水基础设施的协同设计。以期缓解城市雨洪问题,并为湖泊资源的保护与景观营建提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cities, the degradation of lake resources has disappeared, and urban waterlogging is becoming more and more serious. Lake park is an important carrier of the synergetic effect of lake water system and green space system on urban rain and flood regulation and storage. Firstly, using remote sensing images to extract lake information from Wuhan central urban area, the results show that the lake area decreased by 34km2 from 2000 to 2015, and the fragmentation degree of lake landscape became larger and the shape index decreased. Secondly, the potential of Rain Water for regulating and storing lakes was calculated. Based on the coupling analysis of urban rainfall catchment path and urban waterlogging point, urban green space system and urban rain-flood network, the factors affecting the potential of lake stormwater regulation and storage are explored. Finally, the layout control strategy of lake park is explored. At the macro level, the urban rain and flood safety pattern of the integration of lake water system and green space system is set up, the Rain Water docking of lake park and surrounding land is perfected in the mesoscopic level, and the cooperative design of lake landscape and Rain Water infrastructure is realized at the micro level. In order to alleviate the urban rain and flood problems, and to provide reference for the protection of lake resources and landscape construction.
