阳澄淀泖区动态洪水风险图的编制及其管理系统的开发

【摘要】:基于大量的实测和调研资料,建立了能反映阳澄淀泖区现状河网、圩区分布及水工建筑物调度的水动力模型,经率定和验证后能够用于该区域的洪水模拟。基于Web技术、GIS技术和数据库技术,研发了嵌套水动力模型的动态洪水风险图管理系统。针对任意降雨、边界条件、水工建筑物参数及调度参数,系统能快速调用模型进行模拟计算并生成动态洪水风险图。与在线预报数据结合,可实现洪水预报预警,为洪水风险图在防洪减灾、洪水管理、洪水预报等方面提供技术支撑和应用借鉴。
[Abstract]:Based on a large number of measured and investigated data, a hydrodynamic model which can reflect the current river network, the distribution of polder area and the regulation of hydraulic structures in Yangchengdian area is established. After calibration and verification, the model can be used to simulate the flood in this area. Based on Web technology, GIS technology and database technology, a dynamic flood risk map management system based on nested hydrodynamic model is developed. For arbitrary rainfall, boundary conditions, hydraulic structure parameters and operation parameters, the system can quickly call the model to simulate and calculate and generate dynamic flood risk map. Combined with on-line forecast data, flood forecast and early warning can be realized, which can provide technical support and application reference for flood risk map in flood control and disaster reduction, flood management, flood forecast and so on.
