银川碧水长廊规划设计研究

【摘要】:随着生态研究和生态复原技术的发展,,河道生态恢复得以重视和实践。宁夏近10年的河道景观建设的重点多停留在滨河开发的研究和实践,而对河道生态价值的认识、研究还是刚起步阶段,基于河道生态功能的认识和建设实践高潮近几年才开始。随着建设的发展,河道景观建设的诸多问题日益暴露。无论是工作范围还是理论支持或是建设框架都不成体系。造成实践上的偏重和分离状况. 作者在分析理论基础和国内外实践大背景的基础上,对比国内外河道景观建设特点,就宁夏的实际情况,对河道的景观建设的可持续问题展开系统的思考和探索。在决策层面上,提出要结合宁夏省河道景观的中小流域、自成水系特点,从宏观层面上把握河道景观的系统化建设和规划框架来做实证性的分析,探索河道景观的系统化建设策略。在规划设计层面,结合宁夏省城市与河道的演进特点得出三种河道景观的关键地带并指出相应的策略:河道绿带生态尺度的控制和适应演进的岸际形态规划,并结合银川碧水长廊规划设计建设实例对河道景观建设的演进思路和其他基本问题相应作了探讨。
[Abstract]:With the development of ecological research and ecological restoration technology, river ecological restoration has been paid more attention and practice. In recent 10 years, the emphasis of river landscape construction in Ningxia mostly lies in the research and practice of riverside development. However, the understanding of river ecological value is still in its infancy, and the understanding of river ecological function and the climax of construction practice have only begun in recent years. With the development of construction, many problems of river landscape construction are exposed day by day. Neither the scope of work nor the theoretical support or the construction framework are fragmented. On the basis of analyzing the theoretical basis and the background of practice at home and abroad, the author contrasts the characteristics of river landscape construction at home and abroad, and according to the actual situation in Ningxia, Systematic thinking and exploration on the sustainable problem of river landscape construction. At the level of decision-making, it is proposed that the systematic construction and planning framework of river landscape should be grasped from the macro-level according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized watercourse landscape in Ningxia Province and the characteristics of self-forming water system, so as to do the empirical analysis. Explore the systematic construction strategy of river landscape. At the planning and design level, combining with the evolution characteristics of the city and river in Ningxia province, three key areas of river landscape are obtained, and the corresponding strategies are pointed out: the control of ecological scale of the river green zone and the interbank shape planning to adapt to the evolution. Based on the example of planning, design and construction of Yinchuan Blue Water Corridor, this paper discusses the evolution of river landscape construction and other basic problems.
