基于低影响开发的城市雨水利用研究

【摘要】:随着我国人口的快速增长及城镇化的不断加深,一方面城市缺水及雨季内涝问题逐渐严重,自然生态遭到了一定程度的破坏;另一方面我国雨水资源丰富且水质较好,雨水利用方便快捷且易推广,可给城市带来良好的经济效益和生态效益,而且低影响开发的原则为保护城市的生态系统免遭破坏。因此,本研究将低影响开发理念与城市雨水的利用结合起来,以“基于低影响开发的城市雨水利用”为研究对象,从国内外雨水利用研究现状、城市雨水利用的可行性和必要性、雨水利用潜力及低影响开发雨水利用设施等几个面进行分析探讨。本研究以郑州市为背景,选取航空港区南部区域为具体研究区域。初步研究成果如下:(1)对年降雨、月降雨及暴雨特性进行分析,得出研究区域的降雨分布极度不均,易发生洪涝灾害和旱灾,年平均降雨量为639.5mm;(2)利用四种不同方法计算出研究区域的雨水利用实际潜力为0.26亿m3,雨水资源充足,可进行雨水利用;(3)重新将研究区域的水系分布规划为“七纵四横双湖”的格局,然后根据水量平衡分析将其分为两大雨水管理区,进而根据各区域特点进行不同功能雨水集蓄设施的布置。研究表明,基于低影响开发的雨水利用在城市中是切实可行的,其中雨水利用潜力的计算和降水特性的分析是研究中必不可少的环节。该研究提高了城市雨水利用的有效性、科学性和合理性,为其他城市雨水利用的实施流程提供了借鉴,并为未来海绵城市建设的发展趋势提供了参考方向,对于我国城市雨水的利用具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of population and the deepening of urbanization in China, on the one hand, the problems of urban water shortage and rainy season waterlogging are gradually serious, and the natural ecology has been destroyed to a certain extent. On the other hand, Rain Water in China is rich in resources and good water quality. Rain Water is easy to use and easy to popularize, which can bring good economic and ecological benefits to the city, and the principle of low impact development is to protect the urban ecosystem from destruction. Therefore, this study combines the concept of low-impact development with the utilization of city Rain Water, taking "Rain Water utilization based on low-impact development" as the research object, and from the present situation of Rain Water utilization at home and abroad. The feasibility and necessity of the utilization of Rain Water in the city, the utilization potential of Rain Water and the utilization facilities of Rain Water with low impact are analyzed and discussed in this paper. This research takes Zhengzhou city as the background, selects the aviation port area southern region as the concrete research area. The preliminary results are as follows: (1) by analyzing the characteristics of annual rainfall, monthly rainfall and rainstorm, it is concluded that the rainfall distribution in the study area is extremely uneven, prone to floods and droughts, and the average annual rainfall is 639.5mm; (2) using four different methods to calculate the actual potential of Rain Water in the study area is 26 million m3, Rain Water has sufficient resources, and Rain Water can be used; (3) the distribution of water system in the study area is re-planned as the pattern of "seven vertical, four horizontal and double lakes", and then it is divided into two administrative areas of Rain Water according to the analysis of water balance, and then the arrangement of Rain Water storage facilities with different functions is carried out according to the characteristics of each region. The research shows that the utilization of Rain Water based on low-impact development is feasible in cities, and the calculation of Rain Water's utilization potential and the analysis of precipitation characteristics are essential links in the study. The research improves the efficiency, science and rationality of the utilization of city Rain Water, provides a reference for the implementation process of Rain Water utilization in other cities, and provides a reference direction for the development trend of sponge city construction in the future. It is of great significance for the utilization of Chinese city Rain Water.
