开敞式TBM滑板式步进技术在引松工程的应用

【摘要】:以引松工程为背景,结合TBM施工前的基建要求,详细介绍开敞式TBM滑板式步进机构的组成、步进原理,并概述滑板式步进技术对步进洞、始发洞、不良地质预处理段步进洞、检修洞的建造要求。最后,根据实际应用情况对滑板式步进技术始发和接收的操作流程、步进过程中的注意事项、出现的问题及步进效果进行总结,并结合基建要求对该种步进机构的优缺点进行阐述,可为类似TBM工程的前期基建及步进作业提供参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of lead-loose project and the requirement of construction before TBM construction, the composition and principle of open-type TBM slide-plate stepping mechanism are introduced in detail, and the sliding-plate step-by-step technology for step-in-hole, initial hole and bad geological pre-treatment section is described in detail. The construction requirements for the inspection and repair of holes. Finally, according to the actual application, this paper summarizes the starting and receiving operation flow of slide-plate stepping technology, the matters needing attention in the stepping process, the problems that appear and the effect of step-by-step. The advantages and disadvantages of this kind of stepping mechanism are expounded in combination with the requirements of capital construction, which can be used as a reference for the pre-construction and stepping operation of similar TBM projects.
