面向干旱区湖泊保护的水资源配置思路——以艾丁湖流域为例

【摘要】:以艾丁湖流域为例,探讨并提出面向干旱区湖泊保护的水资源配置思路和方法,包括流域耗水总量控制、入湖总水量控制、用水总量控制、缺水总量控制、地下水取水总量控制等多层次全视角下的水资源配置模型系统及多重循环迭代方法。结果表明:艾丁湖流域2020年生态缺水量为2.60亿m3,2030年生态缺水量达2.48亿m~3。规划近期通过区域内压减灌溉面积,减小地下水超采量;远期需实施外调水工程。2020年综合耗水率进一步增大,在保障经济高速发展的同时,为满足艾丁湖入湖水量的基本需求,湖泊生态补水量应为0.72亿m~3/年。2030年在外调水2.48亿m~3的情景下,入湖总水量为0.91亿m~3/年。研究成果拟为面向干旱区湖泊保护的水资源配置方案分析与比选提供计算思路。
[Abstract]:Taking Aiting Lake Basin as an example, this paper discusses and puts forward the ideas and methods of water resources allocation for lake protection in arid areas, including the control of total water consumption, the control of total water consumption into the lake, the control of the total amount of water used, and the control of the total amount of water shortage. Water resources allocation model system and multiple cycle iterative method under multi-level and full perspective, such as groundwater intake total amount control. The results show that the ecological water shortage of Aiting Lake Basin is 260 million m ~ 3 in 2020 and 248 million m ~ 3 in 2030. It is planned to reduce groundwater overexploitation by reducing irrigation area in the region in the near future. It is necessary to carry out the external water transfer project in the long term.
