某拱坝基础垫层温度应力场仿真分析

【摘要】:针对碾压混凝土拱坝基础垫层易存在温度裂缝的问题,以某碾压混凝土拱坝基础垫层为例,采用三维有限元浮动网格法,模拟基础垫层跳仓浇筑过程,并进行温度应力场仿真分析。结果表明,控制混凝土浇筑温度14℃,采取通水温度20℃、通水时长15d等温控措施,可使最大温度应力满足应力控制标准;上部碾压混凝土浇筑时间应早于2016年10月15日。研究结果为碾压混凝土拱坝基础垫层混凝土施工及确定上部碾压混凝土开浇时间提供了依据。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that temperature cracks are easy to exist in the foundation cushion of RCC arch dam, taking the foundation cushion of a RCC arch dam as an example, the three-dimensional finite element floating grid method is used to simulate the pouring process of the foundation cushion. The temperature stress field is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the maximum temperature stress can meet the stress control standard by controlling the pouring temperature of concrete at 14 鈩,
