滨州市北海新区北海水库供水工程设计

【摘要】:北海新区的快速持续发展必须有水资源的有力支撑,但区内地下水资源匮乏,地表水资源短缺。项目区内供水水源主要依靠黄河水,该区位于小开河引黄灌区的下游,受黄河水资源统一调配的影响,引水时间短,且近年来本区持续干旱,黄河来水偏枯,灌区引水量及引水天数偏少,远不满足用水需求;又因项目区缺少蓄水工程,供水保证率低。鉴于此,亟需新建北海水库,增加蓄水能力,提高供水保证率,以满足社会和国民经济发展的需要。 本文在全面调查分析建设项目所在区域自然地理及水资源开发利用现状和规划的基础上,根据国家法律、法规和相关政策,对滨州市北海新区北海水库供水工程进行设计研究,包括水库工程任务、规模;水资源供需平衡分析;水库调蓄计算;工程总体布置及主要建筑物;金属结构、电气、设计;水厂及管网设计;工程管理;施工组织设计等。 北海水库工程完成后,将大大促进库区范围社会经济的发展,为工业用水、居民生活及区域内经济可持续发展提供良好的基础条件,同时利用水库水面,改善生态、生活环境和局部小气候。同时结合景观工程建设可为北海新区增添景点,提高城市品位。
[Abstract]:The rapid and sustainable development of Beihai New area must be supported by water resources, but the groundwater resources in Beihai New area are scarce and the surface water resources are scarce. The water supply source in the project area mainly depends on the Yellow River water, which is located in the lower reaches of the Xiaokai River Yellow River Irrigation District. Affected by the unified allocation of the Yellow River water resources, the water diversion time is short, and in recent years, the area continues to be dry and the Yellow River is dry. The amount of water diversion and the days of water diversion in irrigation area are too small to meet the demand of water use. Because of the lack of water storage project in the project area, the water supply guarantee rate is low. In view of this, it is urgent to build Beihai Reservoir, increase water storage capacity and improve water supply guarantee rate in order to meet the needs of social and national economic development. Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the present situation and planning of natural geography and water resources development and utilization in the area where the construction project is located, and according to the national laws, regulations and related policies, this paper studies the design of Beihai Reservoir Water supply Project in Beihai New area of Binzhou City. Including reservoir engineering tasks, scale; Analysis of balance between supply and demand of water resources; calculation of reservoir regulation and storage; general layout of engineering and main buildings; metal structure, electricity, design; design of water plant and pipe network; engineering management; construction organization design, etc. After the completion of the Beihai Reservoir Project, it will greatly promote the social and economic development of the reservoir area, provide good basic conditions for industrial water use, residents' lives and sustainable economic development in the region, and at the same time make use of the water surface of the reservoir to improve the ecology. Living environment and local microclimate. At the same time, combined with landscape engineering construction can add scenic spots and improve urban taste for Beihai New area.
