石洞水库三维模型创建与模型信息应用研究
[Abstract]:The establishment of 3D model is the basis of BIM technology, the application of model information is the core of BIM technology, and there are many applications of model information. In this paper, three aspects of research work have been done. Based on the preliminary design of Shidong Reservoir in Jiangxi Province, the three-dimensional modeling of earth-rock dam, spillway and diversion tunnel is carried out by using AutoRevit. (1) the engineering drawings are generated by section view and view tool, so that the three-dimensional model can be linked with the two-dimensional drawings; (2) the plug-in is compiled by C # language, and the engineering quantity of 3D model is counted automatically, and the bill of quantities and budget are generated in combination with Excel budget table, so that the linkage relationship between 3D model and budget estimate can be established. (3) through the program compiled by VB language and the construction schedule automatically counting the human material machine resource plan in each period, the linkage relationship between the man material machine resource plan and the three-dimensional model is established. "moving in one place, moving everywhere" is the biggest characteristic of AutoRevit. The modification of the model will lead to the change of engineering drawings, budget and human material machine resource plan. The specific research contents and achievements are as follows: (1) referring to the modeling method of Revit software in the field of construction engineering, the creation of earth-rock dam, spillway and diversion tunnel of Shidong Reservoir is completed by creating "loadable family". The information integration of all families is completed, which enriches the family library of water conservancy project. (2) it provides 3D visual management of earth-rock dam, spillway and diversion tunnel project, and marks its three views and sections. The generation of engineering drawings is conducive to the accurate construction of the construction party. The linkage of information between drawings is formed, and the modification of any graph can be transmitted to other graphics in both directions, which maintains the consistency of graphics. (3) the plug-in of AutoRevit is programmed with C # language to extract the attribute information and geometric size information of model components. Carry out the statistics of the engineering quantity and pass it to the Excel table. Through the division of the project, the bill of quantities is formed, and the total investment of the project is generated by applying the quota to calculate the unit price and various expenses of the project. In this process, the bill of quantities can be automatically generated and the project can be divided automatically. At the same time, the linkage relationship between the table and the three-dimensional model is established, and the change of the model can be passed to the table. Always keep the consistency between the model and the budget table. (4) after the partial project in the bill of quantities is linked to the corresponding project unit price, the construction schedule of the partial project is linked to the engineering unit price analysis table. Using VB language programming, according to the construction arrangement of each sub-project, combined with the engineering quantity of each project, the consumption of labor, material and machinery in each time period is counted, that is, the resource planning arrangement in the construction organization. Since the budget estimate Excel table has established a dynamic correlation with the 3D model, the association of the construction organization planning arrangement based on the 3D model has actually been established.
