中国水电八局发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,我国水电建筑市场已经出现供大于求的情况,市场争夺日趋白热化,与此同时,受经济全球化的影响,国内外水电市场整合成为必然趋势,国内水电建筑施工企业将在国内和国际市场直接面对所有同行企业的激烈竞争。相对国外同行,我国的水电建筑公司在管理、资金、技术等方面都处于劣势地位。在这样一个复杂多变的市场环境面前,中国的水电施工企业要在竞争中生存和发展,应当客观地评价企业自身存在的优势和劣势,制定适用于自己的战略并有效地执行,才能提高企业的竞争力,创造企业价值,促进企业的可持续发展。 本文以水电八局企业战略研究为主线,结合战略研究文献理论,联系本人在水电八局的实际工作,首先介绍该题目的背景和意义等;然后分析水电八局内部情况:先对整个水电建筑施工行业做出整体描述,再介绍水电八局,接着描述水电八局企业内部优势与存在的问题,通过IFE内部因素评价矩阵,得出水电八局内部总加权分数为3.05,高于平均分2.5,表明水电八局内部因素相对同行有比较明显的竞争优势;然后通过PEST企业宏观环境分析方法对水电八局所处的外部宏观环境做出整体地分析,应用波特五力模型对水电八局目前存在的替代品威胁、买方议价能力、卖方议价能力以及现存竞争者,潜在进入者五方面进行分析研究,使用EFE外部因素评价矩阵对水电八局的外部环境做全面的评价,得出目前水电八局在水电建筑行业相对其他竞争对手能充分利用外部机会和回避外部威胁,但优势不太明显;在以上研究基础上对水电八局战略选择做出探讨,本文最后提出了保障战略实施的途径。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the supply of hydropower construction market in our country has exceeded demand, and the market competition is becoming more and more intense. At the same time, due to the influence of economic globalization, the integration of domestic and foreign hydropower market has become an inevitable trend. Domestic hydropower construction enterprises will directly face the fierce competition of all their peers in the domestic and international markets. Compared with foreign counterparts, hydropower construction companies in China are in a inferior position in management, capital, technology and so on. In order to survive and develop in the competition, in order to survive and develop in such a complex and changeable market environment, Chinese hydropower construction enterprises should objectively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises themselves, formulate strategies suitable for themselves and implement them effectively, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, create enterprise value and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This article takes the hydropower eight bureau enterprise strategy research as the main line, unifies the strategic research literature theory, unifies my actual work in the hydropower eight bureau, first introduces the background and the significance of this topic and so on. Then it analyzes the internal situation of hydropower eight bureau: first, it makes an overall description of the whole hydropower construction industry, then introduces the hydropower eight bureau, and then describes the internal advantages and existing problems of hydropower eight bureau enterprises. through the IFE internal factor evaluation matrix, it is concluded that the total weighted score of hydropower eight bureau is 3.05, which is higher than the average score of 2.5, indicating that the internal factors of hydropower eight bureau have obvious competitive advantage over their peers. Then, through the method of PEST enterprise macro environment analysis, this paper makes an overall analysis of the external macro environment of Hydropower eight Bureau, and applies the Porter five force model to analyze and study the existing substitute threat, buyer bargaining ability, seller bargaining ability, existing competitors and potential entrants of Hydropower eight Bureau, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the external environment of Hydropower eight Bureau by using EFE external factor evaluation matrix. It is concluded that compared with other competitors in the hydropower construction industry, the eighth Bureau of Hydropower can make full use of external opportunities and avoid external threats, but the advantages are not very obvious. On the basis of the above research, this paper discusses the strategic choice of the eighth Bureau of Hydropower, and finally puts forward the ways to implement the guarantee strategy.
