水电机组控制设备远程运营维护系统研究与实践

【摘要】:阐述了水电机组控制设备远程运营维护系统的研究背景及实施的意义,将工业4.0引入水电机组控制设备制造行业,借力"互联网+"设备厂家,实现其在水电机组控制设备中的应用。利用Nat穿透技术,建立P2P的数据交换,解决UDP协议下大数据流的分解/组装及加密问题,使现场设备可以直接透明地连接到服务端,减少客户的再投资。开发了"水电机组控制设备远程运营维护系统",实现了水电机组控制设备的远程监视、诊断、运行、维护、培训和技术服务等,值得大力推广应用。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the research background and significance of the remote operation and maintenance system of hydropower unit control equipment, and introduces industrial 4.0 into the manufacturing industry of hydropower unit control equipment, and realizes its application in the control equipment of hydropower unit by using the "Internet" equipment manufacturer. Using Nat penetration technology, P2P data exchange is established to solve the problem of decomposition / assembly and encryption of large data flow under UDP protocol, so that the field equipment can be connected to the server directly and transparent, and the reinvestment of customers can be reduced. The remote operation and maintenance system of hydropower unit control equipment is developed, and the remote monitoring, diagnosis, operation, maintenance, training and technical service of hydropower unit control equipment are realized, which is worth popularizing and applying vigorously.
