基于“生动、生态、生机”理念的海绵城市规划实践——以上海张家浜楔形绿地规划设计为例

【摘要】：针对海绵城市建设面临的问题和挑战,以水循环为纽带、将城市暴雨-径流、水污染治理和城市生态绿地、湿地建设与市政建设规划管理联系为一体的概念与规划方法在国内外各地都有所应用。综合考虑区域防洪排涝、面源污染负荷削减与生态景观,编制了张家浜楔形绿地海绵城市专项规划,提出以生动社区、生态绿地、生机河流为海绵城市建设目标,因地制宜将多种LID措施进行组合,对单个地块都实现了指标的管理与控制,并用SWMM模型预估该地区海绵城市的建设效果,结果表明该规划预计可取得较好成效,年径流总量控制率由61.2%上升至80.4%,进入河道的洪水峰值削减量27.1%。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems and challenges faced by the construction of the sponge city, the concept and the planning method of the integration of the urban storm-runoff, water pollution control and urban ecological green space, wetland construction and municipal construction planning and management are applied in all parts of China and abroad with the water circulation as the link. Taking into account regional flood control and drainage, non-point source pollution load reduction and ecological landscape, the special planning of Zhangjiahui's wedge-shaped green space sponge city is prepared, and a variety of LID measures are combined according to the local conditions by taking a vivid community, an ecological green space and a vital river as the building target of the sponge city, The management and control of the index is realized for a single lot, and the construction effect of the sponge city in the area is estimated by the SWMM model. The results show that the plan is expected to have good results. The control rate of annual runoff is increased from 61.2% to 80.4%, and the peak value of the flood in the course of the river is 27.1%.
