某引水隧洞开挖钻爆法施工爆破参数的优化

【摘要】:引水隧洞开挖过程中,如何控制好超欠挖是一项重点与难点工作。针对某引水隧洞钻爆法施工部分洞段Ⅲ类围岩爆破开挖平均超挖超过20 cm的情况,通过调整爆破周边孔间距、不耦合系数以及中心孔楔形掏槽级别等方式,对爆破参数进行调整修正。爆破参数调整后,实测平均超挖由23.7 cm降至10.6 cm,得出适合该段工程开挖的最优爆破参数,使得爆破施工更为规范有序,在保证开挖质量的同时,减少了混凝土回填量、降低了后期衬砌混凝土施工成本,同时减小了超挖带来的衬砌混凝土加厚不易振捣等诸多问题的控制难度。
[Abstract]:In the process of diversion tunnel excavation, how to control the super underexcavation is a key and difficult work. In view of the fact that the blasting excavation of class III surrounding rock in the drilling and blasting method of a diversion tunnel is more than 20 cm, the blasting parameters are adjusted and modified by adjusting the blasting peripheral hole spacing, uncoupling coefficient and the cuneiform cutting grade of the central hole. After adjusting the blasting parameters, the measured average overdigging is reduced from 23.7 cm to 10.6 cm, and the optimal blasting parameters suitable for the excavation of this project are obtained, which makes the blasting construction more standardized and orderly. While ensuring the excavation quality, it reduces the amount of concrete backfill, reduces the construction cost of lining concrete in the later stage, and at the same time reduces the difficulty of controlling many problems, such as the thickening of lining concrete caused by overexcavation.
