装备制造业信息化服务平台设计与运作

【摘要】：装备制造业是为工业发展提供工作母机，实现国家经济腾飞的重要基础和坚强保证。随着信息技术、通信网络技术等科学技术的迅速发展，装备制造业企业纷纷借助信息化建设来改善其生产运作及经营管理方式，信息化建设已成为提升企业竞争力的有效手段。本文在研究大量文献的基础上，首先阐述了世界装备制造业信息化发展的趋势和我国装备制造业信息化发展的现状，分析了我国装备制造业对信息化服务的需求情况，根据分析结果对本文研究的装备制造业信息化服务平台的定义进行了规划，得出了信息化服务平台的功能模块。然后针对区域经济发展特点和装备制造业的行业特色，，通过搜索引擎、模型驱动方法和面向服务架构的设计方法，以平台设计目标与原则为指导，提出了装备制造业信息化服务平台的作用机理，模型驱动方法和面向服务架构方法的应用设计，以及信息化平台的运作主体和运作机制，从而设计出装备制造业信息化服务平台的整体架构。最后介绍了装备制造业信息化服务平台的应用案例，针对于XY股份有限公司，在质量管理方面存在的问题以及对信息化的急切需求，利用本文所设计的信息化平台的运作机制，为XY股份有限公司进行服务的过程。信息化服务集成了装备制造业从产品设计、生产、销售、管理过程中涉及到的所有信息化服务，为装备制造业企业实现资源、技术、信息共享提供了可靠保障，达到为企业节约成本和优化配置资源，提升企业竞争力的目的。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is an important foundation and strong guarantee for the industrial development to provide the working mother machine to realize the national economic take-off. With the rapid development of information technology, communication network technology and other science and technology. Equipment manufacturing enterprises use information construction to improve their production operation and management mode. Information construction has become an effective means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the study of a large number of documents, this paper first describes the development trend of the world equipment manufacturing information and the current situation of the equipment manufacturing information development in China. Based on the analysis of the demand for information services in China's equipment manufacturing industry, the definition of the information service platform of the equipment manufacturing industry in this paper is planned according to the results of the analysis. Then according to the characteristics of regional economic development and equipment manufacturing industry characteristics, through search engine, model-driven method and service-oriented architecture design method. Under the guidance of platform design objectives and principles, this paper puts forward the application design of equipment manufacturing information service platform, model-driven method and service-oriented architecture method. And the main operation of the information platform and the operation mechanism, so as to design the overall framework of the equipment manufacturing information service platform. Finally, the application of the equipment manufacturing information service platform is introduced. Aiming at the problems existing in quality management and the urgent need for informatization in XY Co., Ltd., the operational mechanism of the information platform designed in this paper is used. The process of serving XY Co., Ltd. Information service integrates all the information services involved in the process of equipment manufacturing from product design, production, sales, management, for equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve resources, technology. Information sharing provides a reliable guarantee for enterprises to save costs, optimize allocation of resources, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
