互联网涉搜索排名案件问题实证研究

【摘要】：正搜索引擎是近年来互联网发展中出现的一项新技术,其服务宗旨是帮助互联网用户在浩如烟海的信息中迅速定位,并显示其所需要的信息。搜索引擎的出现,彻底改变了我们获取信息的方式,并将其效率提高到了一个新的境界。根据中国互联网络信息中心2010年1月发布的第25次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》,搜索引擎已经成为继网络音乐、网络新闻之后的第三大网络应用,在3.84亿网民中使用率高达73.3%。
[Abstract]:Search engine is a new technology that has emerged in the development of Internet in recent years. Its purpose is to help Internet users to quickly locate and display the information they need. The emergence of search engines has completely changed the way we get information and improved its efficiency to a new realm. China Internet Information Center (China Internet Information Center) published the twenty-fifth "China Internet network development status statistics report" in January 2010. The search engine has become the third major network application following network music and network news, and the use rate of the 384 million Internet users is up to 73.3%.
