应用于条纹中心提取的非对称条纹调整方法

【摘要】:针对结构光测量中条纹灰度非对称分布使条纹中心提取精度降低的问题,提出了一种应用于条纹中心提取的条纹灰度非对称调整方法。首先对初始灰度进行幂运算,将初始灰度和幂运算结果相减,并对相减结果进行灰度补偿,然后利用补偿后的灰度再进行迭代,直至满足迭代终止条件。此外,分析了条纹灰度非对称分布的影响因素,提出了条纹灰度分布的评价参数,并对所提方法进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,该方法可以根据条纹灰度的初始分布情况对条纹灰度进行有效调整,迭代结果突出了最大值附近的灰度信息,降低了灰度非对称分布对条纹中心提取的影响,提高了条纹中心提取的精度。上述结果验证了该方法的有效性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the precision of stripe center extraction due to the asymmetric distribution of stripe gray in structured light measurement, a new method to adjust the intensity of fringe center is proposed. Firstly, the initial gray level is operated by power operation. The results of initial gray scale and power operation are subtracted, and the subtraction results are compensated by gray scale compensation, and then iterated by the compensated gray scale until the iterative termination condition is satisfied. In addition, the factors influencing the asymmetric distribution of fringe gray scale are analyzed. The evaluation parameters of fringe grayscale distribution are put forward, and the experimental results show that the method can effectively adjust the fringe gray level according to the initial distribution of the fringe gray level. The iterative results highlight the gray level information near the maximum value, reduce the influence of asymmetric gray distribution on the fringe center extraction, and improve the accuracy of the fringe center extraction. The above results verify the effectiveness and reliability of the method.
