基于近前向光散射法的气溶胶浓度测量

【摘要】:基于近前向光散射法,实现了多分散亚微米级气溶胶的浓度测量。测量装置采用卤钨灯作为光源,整形后的环状光束被会聚至待测气体处,散射光经透镜收集后,由光电探测器进行探测,分析探测光强度的变化,从而反演出被测气溶胶的浓度。实验结果表明,该测量方法的探测灵敏度能够达到10~(-4)μg·L~(-1),线性响应范围覆盖了6个数量级。该方法可应用于核工业、医药、微电子等领域。
[Abstract]:Based on the near forward light scattering method, the concentration measurement of polydisperse submicron aerosol is realized. The measuring device uses halogen tungsten lamp as the light source. The shaped annular light beam is converged to the gas to be measured. After the scattering light is collected by the lens, the light is detected by the photodetector to analyze the change of the detection light intensity. The measured aerosol concentration is thus reversed. The experimental results show that the detection sensitivity of this method can reach 10 ~ (-4) 渭 g L ~ (-1), and the linear response range covers 6 orders of magnitude. The method can be used in nuclear industry, medicine, microelectronics and other fields.
