大视场宽景深双远心系统的设计

【摘要】:为了满足基于机器视觉的复杂零件表面质量在线实时检测的需求,根据双远心成像原理和像差理论基础,采用ZEMAX光学设计软件,设计了一款大视场宽景深的双远心光学系统。所设计的系统仅由6块透镜组成,工作波长在可见光范围内,系统放大率为-0.061,工作距离大于390mm,最大视场达到180mm。结果表明,光学系统的最大畸变小于0.1%,景深范围达到80mm,调制传递函数在全视场100lp/mm处大于0.4,远心度最大值控制在0.012°内;各种像差均得到很好的矫正,像质优良。该设计结构符合双远心系统的总体设计要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of on-line real-time detection of surface quality of complex parts based on machine vision, based on the principle of double telecentric imaging and aberration theory, a double telecentric optical system with large field of view and wide depth of field was designed by using ZEMAX optical design software. The designed system consists of only 6 lenses, the operating wavelength is in the visible range, the system magnification is -0.061, the operating distance is more than 390 mm, and the maximum field of view is 180 mm. The results show that the maximum distortion of the optical system is less than 0.1 mm, the depth of field reaches 80 mm, the modulation transfer function is greater than 0.4 at the full field of view 100lp/mm, the maximum of telecentric is controlled within 0.012 掳, and all kinds of aberrations are well corrected and the image quality is good. The design structure meets the general design requirements of the dual telecentric system.
