热处理对温压FeSiAl磁粉芯密度和磁性能的影响

【摘要】:采用1100 MPa/100℃温压成形工艺,将水雾化Fe Si Al粉末制备成磁粉芯。分别研究热处理温度和时间对Fe Si Al磁粉芯性能的影响。结果表明:在1100 MPa/100℃温压成形条件下,采用630℃×1 h的热处理工艺时,热处理后磁粉芯密度达到5.737 g/cm~3;100 k Hz下相应的有效磁导率μe达到137.9;50 k Hz/50 m T下磁损耗Ps为12.63 W/kg。
