光纤端面加工关键技术研究

【摘要】:通过VB6.0开发上位机的人机控制程序界面,设计一种可以通过可编程多轴控制PMAC的开放式微磨床控制系统。通过对PMAC多轴控制器的硬件构建及运动程序、PLC程序等软件的编写,完成了针对光纤透镜零编程微磨床控制系统开发。
[Abstract]:The man-machine control program interface of upper computer is developed by VB6.0, and an open micro-grinding machine control system is designed, which can control PMAC through programmable multi-axis. Based on the hardware construction and motion program of PMAC multi-axis controller and the programming of PLC program, the control system of micro-grinding machine with zero programming for fiber lens is developed.
