基于.net的第三方物流激光扫描终端

【摘要】:针对当前第三方物流管理系统化程度低、功能单一、信息传输和共享不畅通等不足,提出基于.net框架的第三方物流激光扫描终端设激光扫描终端系统主要由机械部分和光路部分两大模块构成,其中机械部分由主控单元、智能升降旋转台、C型扫描臂组成;光路部分将转镜、激光器、滤光镜、激光准直扩束装置等光学元件集成于具有电驱动功能的激光测头中,以实现全方位无死角的货物扫描;在软件控制流程方面,基于微软的.net框架设计一种3层次的数据交互逻辑,提高现代三方物流管理的效率。终端系统可以有效改善传统三方物流的弊端,数据管理高效、准确,数据共享快捷、畅通。
[Abstract]:In view of the current third-party logistics management low degree of systematization, single function, information transmission and sharing is not smooth, and so on. The third party logistics laser scanning terminal based on. Net frame is designed. The laser scanning terminal system is mainly composed of two modules: mechanical part and optical circuit part, in which the mechanical part is composed of main control unit, intelligent lifting and rotating table and C-type scanning arm. Optical elements such as rotating mirror, laser, filter and laser collimation beam expanding device are integrated into laser probe with electric driving function, so as to realize omni-directional non-dead angle cargo scanning. In the aspect of software control process, based on Microsoft. Net framework, a three-level data interaction logic is designed to improve the efficiency of modern three-party logistics management. Terminal system can effectively improve the disadvantages of traditional three-party logistics, data management is efficient, accurate, data sharing is fast and smooth.
