基于高速摄像机的动态血压非接触获取

【摘要】:为了实现基于高速摄像机的非接触、非介入式的动态血压获取,对血压与脉搏信号相位差、心率之间的函数关系进行理论推导;基于成像式光电容积描记技术,实现了通过高速摄像机非接触获取脉搏信号的相位差和心率;基于血压与脉搏信号相位差、心率之间的函数关系以及基于高速摄像机所获得的脉搏信号相位差和心率,通过曲线拟合得到血压与脉搏信号相位差、心率之间的函数关系的参数值,实现了基于高速摄像头的动态血压的非接触获取.为了验证基于高速摄像头获得的血压的准确性,以欧姆龙智能电子血压仪获得的血压为参照进行误差分析,所得的收缩压的误差为-4.03%~8.44%,舒张压的误差为-6.58%~8.90%.
[Abstract]:In order to realize non-contact and non-interventional ambulatory blood pressure acquisition based on high-speed camera, the functional relationship between blood pressure and pulse signal phase difference and heart rate is derived theoretically. Based on the phase difference between blood pressure and pulse signal, the function relationship between heart rate and phase difference of pulse signal, and the phase difference and heart rate of pulse signal obtained by high-speed camera, the phase difference and heart rate of pulse signal obtained by high-speed camera are realized. The parameters of the functional relationship between blood pressure and pulse signal phase difference and heart rate are obtained by curve fitting, and the non-contact acquisition of ambulatory blood pressure based on high-speed camera is realized, in order to verify the accuracy of blood pressure obtained based on high-speed camera. The error of systolic pressure is -4.03 and 8.44 and the error of diastolic blood pressure is -6.58 and 8.90 respectively, taking the blood pressure obtained by OMRON intelligent electronic blood pressure meter as the reference for error analysis. The results show that the error of systolic pressure is -4.03 and that of diastolic pressure is -6.58 and 8.90 respectively.
