甘肃省VoLTE优化研究与实践

【摘要】:近年移动通信业务飞速发展,4G网络成为全球运营商为客户提供高速数据业务的主要承载网络,但语音业务依然承载在2G和3G网络。随着技术的发展,VoLTE技术应运而生,VoLTE即Voice over LTE,它是一种IP数据传输技术,无需2G/3G网络,将语音业务承载在4G网络上,可实现数据与语音业务在同一网络下的承载。目前VoLTE技术已经成熟,全球运营商正在广泛部署,意在利用4G网络为客户提供高清语音、视频业务。2016年7月,中国移动除涉藏、涉疆外,所有区域均实现了VoLTE的商用,如何进行大量的网络优化,提高业务质量是目前运营商网络运维工作的核心。VoLTE采用IMS作为业务控制层,EPC作为承载层,要求终端、无线网络、分组域、电路域和IMS域端到端的技术配合来实现基于IMS的分组域语音和多媒体业务。VoLTE采用了无线承载QoS等级标识、AMR-WEB语音编码、SIPSDP、RoHC健壮性包头压缩协议、SPS半持续调度、eSRVCC等关键技术来保障VoLTE业务质量。论文通过大量的现场实际优化,对无线网络从三个层面对VoLTE优化进行了方法归纳。首先,对4G网络弱覆盖和干扰的解决方法进行了论述,归纳了基础网络优化方法;其次,通过对掉话、接通、切换、RRC重建的整理,对网络中关键事件的优化方法进行了梳理,形成了关键事件的优化方法论;再次,对高清语音质量经常出现的MOS质量不高和单通问题进行了总结,形成了四维八步法等优化手段;最后,对VoLTE业务主要参数设置进行了说明,形成了参数设置的原则。论文通过对优化方法的总结,在VoLTE商用初期提供了无线网络优化思路,在提高网络优化工作效率的同时,通过典型的问题描述,给VoLTE优化提供了大量的应用的案例,供VoLTE优化现场参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication services in recent years, 4G network has become the main carrier network for global operators to provide high-speed data services to customers, but voice services are still carried in 2G and 3G networks. With the development of technology, VoLTE (Voice over LTE,) is a kind of IP data transmission technology. It can carry voice service on 4G network without 2G/3G network, which can realize the bearing of data and voice service in the same network. At present, VoLTE technology is mature, and global operators are widely deployed to provide high-definition voice and video services to customers using 4G networks. In July 2016, China Mobile realized the commercial use of VoLTE in all regions except Tibet and Xinjiang. How to optimize a large number of networks and improve the service quality is the core of the network operation and maintenance of the operators at present. IMS is adopted as the service control layer and EPC is used as the carrier layer, which requires terminal, wireless network, packet domain. Circuit domain and IMS domain end-to-end cooperation to implement packet domain voice and multimedia services based on IMS. VoLTE adopts wireless bearer QoS class identifier AMR-Web speech coding, SIPSDPU RoHC robust header compression protocol, SPS semi-persistent scheduling, ESRVCC and so on. Technology to ensure the quality of VoLTE services. In this paper, through a lot of field optimization, the methods of VoLTE optimization in wireless network are summarized from three aspects. Firstly, the methods to solve the weak coverage and interference of 4G network are discussed, and the optimization methods of basic network are summarized. Secondly, the optimization methods of key events in the network are combed through the arrangement of dropping, connecting and switching RRC reconstruction. The optimization methodology of key events is formed. Thirdly, the problems of low MOS quality and single pass that often occur in HD speech quality are summarized, and four dimensional and eight step optimization methods are formed. Finally, The main parameter setting of VoLTE service is explained, and the principle of parameter setting is formed. Through the summary of optimization methods, this paper provides a wireless network optimization idea in the initial commercial stage of VoLTE. At the same time, it improves the efficiency of network optimization and provides a large number of application cases for VoLTE optimization through the typical problem description.
