光缆扎纱机自动平衡装置的仿真与分析

【摘要】:装载纱团的光缆扎纱机在运转时,由于不平衡量较大会引起强烈振动,影响扎纱机的稳定运行。实际运行中,纱团是不平衡量的主要来源,并受到空间的限制,为此选择球式自动平衡装置对其进行减振。利用传递矩阵法对纱团转子系统进行分析,并对自动平衡装置原理数值分析;将转子系统和自动平衡装置的计算模型融合,编制自动平衡装置纱团系统的MATLAB数值仿真程序。将已知不平衡量设置在不同位置,比较自动平衡装置的平衡效果。利用有限元法模拟不平衡量在不同位置时的转子系统稳态响应。有限元模型及数值仿真验证结果均表明利用自动平衡装置可以达到有效减振的效果。
[Abstract]:During the operation of the optical cable binding machine loaded with the yarn ball, the strong vibration will be caused by the large unbalance, which will affect the stable operation of the yarn binding machine. In actual operation, the yarn ball is the main source of unbalance and is limited by space. Therefore, the ball automatic balancing device is chosen to reduce the vibration. The transfer matrix method is used to analyze the yarn ball rotor system, and the principle of the automatic balancing device is numerically analyzed, and the calculation model of the rotor system and the automatic balancing device is combined to compile the MATLAB numerical simulation program of the yarn ball system of the automatic balancing device. The known unbalance is set in different positions to compare the balance effect of the automatic balancing device. Finite element method is used to simulate the steady-state response of rotor system at different positions. The results of finite element model and numerical simulation show that the automatic balancing device can effectively reduce vibration.
