基于云架构的无线电监管一体化平台的研究与设计
[Abstract]:With the advent of a new round of scientific and technological revolution led by information technology and new energy technology, radio applications are deeply infiltrating into various industries and playing a vital role. As a national resource, the orderly management of radio spectrum resources is becoming more and more important. At the same time, the 13th Five-Year Plan of National Radio Administration clearly proposes to build a more powerful radio monitoring and management system. Therefore, strengthening the information construction, perfecting the integrated platform of radio supervision and realizing the effective integration of all kinds of information resources will become an important means for the scientific development of the radio supervision platform in the new period. In the process of many years of radio monitoring, frequency station management and administrative law enforcement, huge amounts of data are produced, which are scattered in different information systems and are not used effectively. The information systems are isolated from each other, and the data of the radio management information systems are not related effectively, so the intelligence of the radio management is seriously insufficient. At the same time, the mass radio monitoring data collected by local monitoring stations are mostly stored in the local database, monitoring data can not be effectively analyzed and used, and the storage of massive data is not well solved. On the basis of deep investigation of many problems existing in the current radio regulatory information system, this paper studies and designs an integrated platform of radio supervision based on cloud architecture, which integrates all information systems effectively. The cloud storage of radio monitoring data is realized, and the requirement of radio management service development is well met. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the functional design of integrated radio regulatory platform is completed. Through in-depth investigation of the various functions of the current radio information system and the actual needs of the personnel of the radio organization, and in conjunction with the 12th Five-Year Plan and the 13th Five-Year Plan of the National Radio Administration, Complete the specific functional design. (2) designed a cloud based wireless regulatory integration platform technology architecture, so that cloud computing truly landed in the wireless regulatory industry. And compared with the traditional radio information system technology structure, the integrated platform technology selection. (3) designed a hybrid cloud storage architecture, effectively solve the problem of data storage and retrieval in the field of radio supervision. The unstructured data such as documents and pictures are stored by HDFS, the service data are stored by MySQL, and the mass radio monitoring data is stored by HBase instead of the traditional relational database. (4) A service-oriented radio supervision service system is proposed. In the field of radio supervision, the concept of service oriented is introduced for the first time, and the interconnection between radio monitoring and radio management is realized. This paper discusses the application of service-oriented architecture in radio regulatory industry, designs a distributed service architecture based on open source architecture Dubbo, and expounds how radio monitoring and management services are closely combined under service-oriented architecture. In general, the platform can meet the current needs and has good scalability, and can adapt to the new development in the future.
