基于视觉舒适度的LED背光系统的研究

【摘要】:科技发展不断改变着人们的生活方式,手机、平板电脑、电视等各类平板显示器已经成为人们日常生活中必不可少的电子产品。随着平板显示技术的不断完善和发展,人们在注重显示器显示效果的同时,逐渐开始关注显示器对人体健康的影响,舒适性与健康性成为平板显示技术未来发展的重要方向。现阶段,以LED为背光源的液晶显示器占据了平板显示器市场的主流地位,但目前关于LED背光系统对人体健康,尤其是对视觉舒适度影响的研究还不够完善。本文基于视觉舒适度,针对LED背光系统的蓝光危害及其主要光学特性,提出了相应的测试方法,同时搭建了测试平台。基于该测试平台,对LED背光系统的视觉舒适度进行了研究。根据研究结果,对LED背光系统的光学模组进行了设计,实现了LED背光模组的样机,并对样机进行了相关性能测试。主要工作内容包括:首先,分析了LED背光系统造成视觉不舒适的主要原因,研究了基于视觉舒适度的LED背光系统的测试方法,搭建了两套测试系统:1.LED背光系统的蓝光视网膜危害测试系统;2.基于视觉舒适的LED背光测试系统。基于这两套测试系统,测量了LED背光系统样品的光色特性和蓝光视网膜危害。其次,基于上述研究和测试结果,系统分析了在不同色温、亮度、亮度均匀度情况下,LED背光系统对视疲劳的影响。实验结果表明,不同光色特性的LED背光系统对视疲劳的影响不同,具体表现在眨眼频率的变化:当工作时间小于1小时,亮度均匀度较低的背光系统会引起眨眼频率的显著升高;随着工作时间的推移,亮度越高,眨眼频率上升越缓慢;当工作时间超过1小时,观看色温较低的背光系统会更早的引起眨眼频率的升高。最后,从视觉舒适度角度出发分析了背光系统的色温、亮度及亮度均匀度在设计LED背光系统时的重要性。提出了考虑视觉舒适度的LED背光系统的设计方案,对LED背光源进行了筛选,设计了能实现均匀圆形光斑的自由曲面透镜,并采用Sparrow判据,对透镜与LED的组合光源进行排布,实现了LED背光模组的均匀照明。搭建了LED背光模组的样机,并对该样机进行了测试与分析。上述工作的开展,为LED背光系统的视觉舒适度研究提供一定的理论和技术支持,为LED背光系统的设计提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology has constantly changed the way of people's life. Mobile phones, tablet computers, TV and other flat panel displays have become an essential electronic product in people's daily life. With the continuous improvement and development of flat display technology, people pay attention to display to human health while paying attention to the display effect of display. The influence, comfort and health become an important direction in the future development of flat-panel display technology. At present, the liquid crystal display with LED as the backlight source occupies the mainstream position of the flat panel display market, but the research on the effect of the LED backlight system on human health, especially the visual comfort, is not perfect. This article is based on the vision According to the blue light hazard and the main optical characteristics of the LED backlight system, the corresponding testing method is put forward, and the test platform is built. Based on the test platform, the visual comfort of the LED backlight system is studied. Based on the research results, the optical module of the LED backlight system is designed and the LED backlight module is realized. The main contents of the prototype are as follows: first, the main reasons for the visual discomfort caused by the LED backlight system are analyzed, and the testing methods of the LED backlight system based on the visual comfort are studied, and two sets of test systems are set up: the Blu ray retina hazard test system of the 1.LED backlight system; the 2. base system. The visual comfort test system of LED backlight. Based on these two test systems, the light color characteristics of the LED backlight system and the damage of the blue light retina are measured. Secondly, based on the above research and test results, the effect of the LED backlight system on visual fatigue under the conditions of different color temperature, brightness and brightness uniformity is systematically analyzed. The experimental results show that The effect of the LED backlight system with different light and color characteristics to the visual fatigue is different, which is manifested in the change of the blink frequency: when the working time is less than 1 hours, the backlight system with lower brightness uniformity will cause a significant increase in the blink frequency; the higher the brightness, the slower the blink frequency increases with the work time, and when the working time exceeds that. 1 hours, watching the lower color temperature of the backlight system will lead to the increase of the blink frequency earlier. Finally, the importance of color temperature, brightness and brightness uniformity in the design of the LED backlight system is analyzed from the angle of visual comfort. The design of the LED backlight system considering the visual comfort is proposed, and the LED backlight is carried out. The free surface lens which can realize the uniform circular spot is designed, and the Sparrow criterion is used to arrange the combined light source of the lens and LED. The uniform illumination of the LED backlight module is realized. The prototype of the LED backlight module is set up, and the prototype is tested and analyzed. The work carried out above is the vision of the LED backlight system. The study of comfort provides some theoretical and technical support, which provides a new idea for the design of LED backlight system.
