公众移动通信典型制式频谱使用效率研究

【摘要】:随着无线电业务的发展,爆炸式增长的频谱需求给我国频谱资源的分配带来了严峻的挑战。依靠传统“指配新频谱”的方案逐渐不能满足日益增长的需求。如何更加合理的规划和利用频谱资源已经成为频谱管理部门亟待解决的问题。公众移动通信作为规模最大,覆盖范围最广的频谱使用主体,具有十分重要的研究意义。本课题依托国家重大专项“IMT-2020候选频段分析与评估”,针对上述问题对公众移动通信典型制式(4G)频谱使用效率进行研究。首先对国内外频谱使用情况进行调研,阐述了国际电信联盟(ITU)对频谱使用效率的宏观定义和计算方法,研究了衡量频谱使用效率的传统指标;其次,根据移动通信的技术特点为评估频谱使用情况设计了指标模型,创新性的增加了协议级维度,频谱需求维度等指标,并对典型指标进行了实测分析,完善了现存的评估体系,克服了原有评价方法指标单一和对业务类型不加区分的弊端;最后分析了不同的综合评价方法,结合模型中原始数据的特点,选择熵值法和层次分析法(AHP)对不同运营商指标样本数据进行分析,表明了综合评价方法用于评估指标体系的数据处理是可行的;针对数据多工作量大的问题,将AHP评价结果作为反向传播(BP)神经网络训练样本的期望输出值,将训练得到的BP神经网络作为综合评价模型,经过仿真得到测试样本的综合评分值,经过实例验证,证明BP神经网络适用于公众移动通信频谱使用效率的评估,相比于其它方法更具备高效性。本文从技术的角度完善了当下频谱管理机构对评估频谱资源的指标体系,并实例验证了一套完整的评价方法,具有较强的应用价值,能够为加强频谱资源管理,合理的指配和重新规划现有的频谱资源提供一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of radio services, the explosive growth of spectrum demand has brought severe challenges to the allocation of spectrum resources in China. The traditional "new spectrum allocation" scheme is gradually unable to meet the growing demand. How to plan and utilize spectrum resources more reasonably has become an urgent problem for spectrum management departments. As the largest and most extensive spectrum user, the public mobile communication has very important research significance. Based on the IMT-2020 candidate frequency band analysis and evaluation, this paper studies the spectrum efficiency of the typical public mobile communication system (4G). Firstly, the paper investigates the spectrum usage at home and abroad, expounds the macroscopic definition and calculation method of spectrum efficiency in (ITU), and studies the traditional index to measure spectrum efficiency. According to the technical characteristics of mobile communication, the index model is designed to evaluate the spectrum usage, and the protocol dimension and spectrum demand dimension are creatively added, and the typical indexes are analyzed and the existing evaluation system is improved. It overcomes the disadvantages of single index of original evaluation method and no distinction to business type. Finally, it analyzes different comprehensive evaluation methods and combines the characteristics of original data in the model. The entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are selected to analyze the sample data of different operators, which shows that the comprehensive evaluation method is feasible for the data processing of the evaluation index system. The result of AHP evaluation is regarded as the expected output value of the training sample of backpropagation (BP) neural network, and the BP neural network is taken as the comprehensive evaluation model. The synthetic score value of the test sample is obtained by simulation, and verified by an example. It is proved that BP neural network is more efficient than other methods in evaluating spectrum efficiency of public mobile communication. This paper perfects the index system of the current spectrum management organization to evaluate the spectrum resources from the technical point of view, and verifies a set of complete evaluation methods, which has strong application value, and can strengthen the spectrum resources management. Reasonable allocation and re-planning of the existing spectrum resources to provide a certain theoretical basis.
